I graduated from Cortiva School of Massage Therapy over ten years ago and have been working as a full time massage therapist ever since. I am trained to perform a variety of massage techniques but specialize in treating injuries, especially post surgery including scar tissue mobilization.. I enjoy watching videos to learn what is being done to the muscles during  surgeries in order to better understand the ways to help my clients. In addition, I'm adept in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Thai, Thai foot, Cupping, and Sports Massage. l'm also trained in Swedish, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Relaxation and Reflexology, and Lomi Lomi.

Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist I was working in the medical field as a certified caregiver and certified rehabilitation technician. I has a strong desire to help people and my passion to do so lead me to massage therapy. I love being a therapist because it allows me to work closely with others and to bring health and wellness into their lives.
